        Working closely with our client’s broker, Layer-Eight conducted the entire pre-transaction technical due diligence on the cable television system being considered for purchase. After visiting both the system itself and the engineering department at the MSO owner, we prepared a detailed report highlighting technical strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. We submitted a preliminary year one capex budget that covered plant upgrades and head end consolidation.
