Morehead City, N.C.- The Morehead City Marlins quest for back-to-back Coastal Plain League (CPL) championships continues tomorrow at Big Rock Stadium but the game will be pushed back to 7:30 p.m.
The change comes as a result of National Night Out and also moves the time that gates will open at to 6:30 p.m.
The Marlins will play host to the winner of the Peninsula Pilots and Wilson Tobs game that was pushed to today due to heavy rain and lightning last night.
Whoever Morehead City plays, this Marlins team finished with the best record in the CPL, the most runs and stolen bases in franchise history, as well as, setting a CPL record for strikeouts in a season and for strikeout to walk ratio.
The Marlins have also won 10 of their last 11 home games and due to having the best record in the league, they have home-field advantage throughout the postseason.
