1) Where is Puck O'Neal Field at Big Rock Stadium?

From New Bern:

HeadEast on HWY 70 into Morehead City and onto Arendell Street.Stay on ArendellStreet. Turn left on 20th st.Go over bridge (Calico Creek). Take left on Mayberry Loop Rd (just past J.DandyStation). Rotary Park is onthe right.BigRock Stadium is located in the back corner of the park.
 

From Emerald Isle:

Head East on HWY 58. Turn left on Atlantic Beach CSWY/Morehead Ave. Continue to follow Atlantic Beach CSWY, Atlantic Beach CSWY turns into Morehead City Bridge. Turn right on US-70 (Arendell St). Turn left on 20th st.Go over bridge (Calico Creek). Take left on Mayberry Loop Rd (just past J.DandyStation). Rotary Park is on right.BigRock Stadium is located in the back corner of the park.

From Beaufort:

Head West on Hwy 70 into Morehead City and onto Arendell Street. Stay on Arendell Street. Turn right on 20th street. Go over bridge (Calico Creek). Take left on Mayberry Loop Rd (just past Exxon Station). Rotary Park is on right.BigRock Stadium is located in the back corner of the park.

2) Can I bring my own food and beverages?

Bottles, cans and other containers with food and/or beverages may not be brought into the ballpark.  Exceptions will be made for people with special needs (i.e. baby food) and will be judged on a case-by-case basis by Marlins management. 

 

3) When do gates open?

Gates will open one hour before game time. 

 

4) When and where can I get an autograph?

Fans wishing to seek autographs should be directed to the 1st or 3rd base wall beyond the dugout area after the game.  There is no guarantee that a fan will get an autograph.

 

5) How do I book a group outing?

Ticket packages for birthday parties. corporate picnics, and group outings are available.  For more information and reservations, please view the groups link on the Marlins website or call the Marlins front office at (252) 269-9767.

 

6) Is smoking allowed at Big Rock Stadium?

Smoking is prohibited at the ballpark. 

 

7) Does my child need a ticket?

Children (4 and under) who do not require an individual seat may share a seat with an accompanying adult and will be admitted into the park free of charge.  All children are the responsibility of their parent or guardian. 

 

8) What happens during a rainout?

If a game is rained out, your ticket stub will serve as a rain check to one future home game during the regular and current season.  Bring your ticket to the box office on the day of that future game to redeem your rain check. 

 

9) Can I keep foul balls?

Fans are invited to keep foul balls and should always be alert for batted balls and bats entering the stands during play.  Fans may not retrieve foul balls outside the ballpark. 

 

10) Can I bring my pet to the ballpark?

As much as we like animals, they are not allowed inside the ballpark with the exception of animals accompanying fans due to health related needs. 

 

11) Can I go on the field?

Any person who enters the playing field without permission will be subject to dismissal from the ballpark. 

 

12) Where is lost and found located?

Any articles lost or found may be reported to guest services located behind the first base bleachers.  All items are retained for 30 days after the season is over, at which point all unclaimed items will be donated to charity. 

 

13) When does the box office open?

The box office opens 30 minutes prior to gates opening.  Tickets may also be purchased in advance by visiting www.mhcmarlins.com.  These tickets will be left at will call if they are not picked up prior to game day.
