FAQ

1) Can I bring my own food and beverages?

Bottles, cans and other containers with food and/or beverages may not be brought into the ballpark.  Exceptions will be made for people with special needs (i.e. baby food and medical) and will be judged on a case-by-case basis by Marlins management.  We do provide full concessions for all games.

2) When do gates open?

Gates will open at around 6 p.m.

3) When and where can I get an autograph?

Fans wishing to seek autographs should be directed to the 1st or 3rd base wall beyond the dugout area after the game.   There is no guarantee that a fan will get an autograph.  Please do not seek player autographs during the game.

4) How do I book a group outing?

Ticket packages for birthday parties, corporate picnics, and other group outings are available on a first come first serve basis.  For more information and reservations, please view our "Groups" tab on our website or call the Marlins front office at (252) 269-9767.

5) Is smoking allowed at Big Rock Stadium?

Smoking is strictly prohibited at the ballpark.

6) Does my child need a ticket?

Children (5 and under) who do not require an individual seat may share a seat with an accompanying adult and will be admitted into the park free of charge.  All children are the responsibility of their parent or guardian.

7) What happens during a rainout?

If a game is rained out, your ticket stub will serve as a rain check to one future home game during the regular and current season.  Please bring your ticket stub to the box office on the day of that future game to redeem your new ticket.

8) Can I keep foul balls?

Fans are invited to keep foul balls and should always be alert for batted balls and bats entering the stands during play.  Fans may not retrieve foul balls outside the ballpark.

9) Can I bring my pet to the ballpark?

As much as we like animals, they are not allowed inside the ballpark with the exception of animals accompanying fans due to health related needs.

10) Can I go on the field?

Any person who enters the playing field without permission will be subject to dismissal from the ballpark.

11) Where is lost and found located?

Any articles lost or found may be reported to guest services located behind the first base dugout.  All items are retained for 30 days after the season is over, at which point all unclaimed items will be donated to charity.

12) When does the box office open?

The box office opens 30 minutes prior to gates opening (around 5:30 p.m.).  Tickets may also be purchased in advance by visiting www.mhcmarlins.com.  These tickets will be left at will call if they are not picked up prior to game day.
