Morehead City, N.C. - The Morehead City Marlins will host their inaugural ‘Meet the Marlins’ day at The Country Club of the Crystal Coast on May 31. This Memorial Day event will allow fans to meet Marlins players and front office staff away from the baseball diamond.
Held just three days after the Marlins’ May 28th home opener, ‘Meet the Marlins’ day is open to the public. Fans can choose to participate in morning (8:00 a.m.) and afternoon (2:00 p.m.) shotgun-start golf tournaments, a tennis tournament, and swimming events. The day will culminate with music and a chicken-and-ribs cookout dinner at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets to this event must be purchased in advance and space is limited. The fee for the golf, tennis, and swimming events includes dinner, but those wishing to only attend the cookout can buy a dinner-only ticket at a reduced rate.
To purchase tickets to this event or for more information regarding availability, cost, and children’s rates, please contact The Country Club of the Crystal Coast at (252) 726-1034.
